When will I receive my order?

If all the items in your order are in stock, it will be – Shipped within 24 working hours (and the same day for orders placed before 3pm) – Then delivered by Colissimo within 48 working hours maximum in France – Or delivered by Chronopost anywhere in the world within 1 to 5 days depending on the destination country (for Europe and the USA, delivery times are 2 to 3 days) If one or more products are temporarily out of stock, you can ask us for a partial delivery.
You will receive the missing product(s) free of charge as soon as they are back in stock.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order has been shipped, and if you have provided a valid e-mail address, you will receive the carrier’s tracking number.
You will be notified by e-mail every step of the way.

How can I get my money back?

Refunds are eligible within 15 days of receipt of your order.You have 15 days to download the free return form here.Once the parcel has been received, and if the products are in perfect condition, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.

How can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still modify it.

How do I exchange a product?

For example, you’ve made a mistake in size, color or other details and would like to exchange one or more products.

Fill it in and follow the instructions. Eternel is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the parcel has been received and if the products are in perfect condition, we will send you the desired products within 48 working hours.
